Online Retreat 2020

Due to the corona pandemic, we organized an online retreat.
We met three weeks in a row on a Friday of max. three hours so that our students from Berlin and Duke were able to present their work. (15min talk, max. 10 min discussion)
We had different sessions with topics covering:
Development systems biology,
Transcriptional regulation
Cis regulatory elements
Computational analyis
Single Cell sequencing
Sessions were hosted by our PIs.
The event was very sucessfull; our students gave very intersting talks followed by lively discussions.
